Quick Draw Graphics Policies

Quick Draw Graphics, Inc. offers design solutions that cover the whole spectrum. Our services include custom t-shirt design, logo design, brochure, pamphlet, business card and catalog design, as well as vectorizing bitmapped images. We carry a range of high quality clip-art and stock design for sale through our website.

Due to the nature of our product as a service we can not offer returns. Quick Draw Graphics, Inc. will correct mistakes made by us free of charge.

We do not offer refunds. All artwork is sent to the customer first as a jpg proof, and then upon approval as printable vectored art.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review proofs of artwork carefully for any errors. We will correct any mistakes made by us on artwork proofs free of charge. Quick Draw Graphics, Inc. is not liable for losses due to mistakes on artwork that has been confirmed and approved.

If a customer cancels a job before we spend time on it, there is no charge. If the job is cancelled after we have begun, then the customer will be billed for the time spent on it.

We send artwork to the customer via e-mail after we have recieved approval confirmation, and we have a credit card on file. If the customer is Net 30, then no credit card is required.

All jobs are quoted on an individual basis. We base our prices on $50.00 per hour.

All credit card information is over a secure connection.

We do not share customer information.
